As this second week of Virgo season draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on how much grounding and nourishment we’ve invited in. From the wombat burrow pie (a recipe I will share with you soon!) to the small rituals of creating comfort, there’s been a steady rhythm of earth beneath our feet. Virgo season has reminded us that tending the hearth—whether it’s our literal kitchens or the warmth we create within—is not just practical, it’s sacred.
This week was about noticing the rituals of nourishment we already practice, sometimes without realising it: chopping vegetables with care, setting a table with intention, or simply pausing for a warm drink in stillness. Each one is a reminder that our homes and bodies are the first altars we tend.
As we close out the week, I invite you to lean into this reflection: how has grounding energy shown up for you? Where has warmth, nourishment, or steadiness softened the edges of your days?
Golden Thread Journaling Prompts
What simple act of nourishment brought me the most grounding this week?
In what ways do I already create a sense of hearth and home for myself or others?
Mini Ritual – A Bowl of Gratitude
Find a quiet moment and pour yourself something warm into a favourite cup or bowl. Before sipping, hold it close, feel its weight, and whisper a thank you—for the food, for the earth, for your own hands that nourish and sustain. Drink slowly, letting gratitude seep into your body.
If reflections have stirred something for you this week, I’d love for you to share it in our group. Your words weave the Golden Thread between us, reminding each of us that we’re not walking this path alone.
Blessed be,
Angela ✨
